Role: Manager – Global Finance & International Compliance

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 3–7 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a CA with 3–7 years of experience to manage end-to-end finance, accounting,

reporting, tax, audit, and compliance activities for the company’s international operations and current geographies.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end accounting and controllership, including books of accounts, month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

 Prepare financial statements and management reports in line with Ind AS and applicable local regulations.

 Manage international tax and regulatory compliance, including tax registrations, filings,

withholding tax, FEMA, and transfer pricing.

 Coordinate with external consultants, tax advisors, and auditors for international compliance requirements.





 Lead/coordinate internal and statutory audits, including audit documentation and closure of observations.

 Monitor regulatory requirements across international entities and support new market entry and cross-border transactions.

Ensure strong financial controls and timely compliance across international operations.

Preferred Profile

 Qualified CA with 3–7 years of experience.

 Strong exposure to accounting, financial reporting, controllership, and statutory audits.

 Working knowledge of international taxation, FEMA, transfer pricing, and cross-border compliance.

 Experience in Big 4, consulting, or multinational environments is an added advantage.
