Candidate Requirements
- Graduate qualification mandatory.
- Freshers eligible for the graduate profile.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred for experienced candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good comprehension and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Willing to work from the Gurgaon office.
