Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls and live chat.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Assist customers with banking-related queries, transactions, account services, and payment-related concerns.

- Handle international travel-related queries, including flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and travel assistance.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet process performance targets.

- Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of customer issues.

- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO is mandatory.

- Banking process experience is required for banking openings.

- International Travel process experience is required for travel openings.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Good typing skills and basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to handle customers professionally over calls and chat.

- Adaptable to work in rotational shifts.
