Job Summary:

We are seeking an Instructor / Technical Assistant – EEE will support teaching, laboratory, and technical activities within the department. The role involves assisting in practical sessions, maintaining electrical labs and equipment, supporting faculty in academic delivery, and ensuring safe and efficient lab operations. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and a hands-on approach to learning and student support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in conducting laboratory sessions in Electrical Machines, Circuits, Power Systems, and related subjects.

· Support lab classes and ensure smooth execution of practical sessions.

· Support faculty in delivering lectures, demonstrations, and technical training.

· Prepare and maintain lab manuals, records, and instructional materials.

· Install, operate, and maintain electrical equipment, machines, and instruments.

· Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems, wiring, and control panels.

· Ensure safety standards and proper usage of equipment in laboratories.

· Assist students during practical sessions and encourage hands-on learning.

· Support departmental academic and student projects.

· Maintain inventory of lab equipment, tools, and consumables.

· Assist in conducting internal assessments and practical examinations.

· Stay updated with advancements in electrical and electronics technologies.





· Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and technical events.

· Support departmental documentation, ISO/accreditation processes, and administrative activities.

Desired Candidate Qualification

· Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) / B.E (EEE) from a recognized institution.

· 0–8 years of relevant experience. Fresher with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

· Strong fundamentals in electrical circuits, machines, and basic electronics.

· Hands-on experience with electrical lab equipment and tools.

· Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

· Knowledge of safety practices in electrical labs.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to support teaching and student learning effectively.

· Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to academic environments.
