Role Description As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Zynfo Digital, you will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution and reporting. You will identify and onboard relevant influencers, negotiate collaborations, and coordinate content creation that aligns with brand and campaign objectives. You will monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize ongoing initiatives to drive engagement and conversions.

You will collaborate closely with creative, social media, and account teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless campaign delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications





- Experience in influencer marketing, including campaign planning, influencer outreach, and relationship management.
- Skills in social media strategy, content collaboration, and community engagement across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data, interpret metrics, and prepare clear reports and insights.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills when working with influencers, clients, and internal teams.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, brand positioning, and audience targeting.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
- Prior experience in meme marketing, youth culture, or creator economy environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
