About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic and socially savvy Influencer Relations Executive who understands the world of social media, content creators, beauty trends and influencer marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding influencers, building strong relationships with content creators, negotiating collaboration deals and communicating our brand vision, products and campaign requirements to influencers.

This role requires someone who is confident in communication, creative in approach and passionate about the perfume, beauty and cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Identification & Onboarding

- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers, content creators and micro-influencers across Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Discover creators specifically from the perfume, fragrance, beauty, skincare and cosmetics categories.
- Reach out to influencers and initiate collaboration discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong database of influencers across different categories and locations.

2. Influencer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Communicate the brand's identity, vision, product USP and collaboration objectives.
- Explain campaign briefs, deliverables, content expectations and timelines.
- Follow up with influencers to ensure smooth execution of collaborations.

3. Negotiation & Collaboration Management





- Negotiate collaboration fees, barter deals, product exchanges and other partnership terms.
- Discuss deliverables such as reels, stories, posts, product reviews and UGC content.
- Coordinate with influencers regarding product dispatch, content submissions and publishing schedules.
- Ensure mutually beneficial collaboration agreements.

4. Trend & Creator Research

- Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, viral content, beauty creators and influencer marketing strategies.
- Identify emerging creators and potential brand ambassadors.
- Research competitor brands and understand their influencer collaboration strategies.
- Suggest creative influencer collaboration ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Skills & Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, brand collaborations or social media.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Reels and current social media trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in approaching influencers and negotiating collaboration deals.
- Interest in perfumes, fragrances, beauty and cosmetics is highly preferred.
- Valuable networking, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of Gen Z content and digital culture.
