We are hiring Influencer Marketing Associates for a growing D2C Beauty & Personal Care Brand specialising in skincare, haircare, suncare and bodycare products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research and connect with relevant social media influencers and content creators.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, barter deals and paid campaigns.
- Manage influencer communication, product gifting and campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, reach and sales.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with influencers.
- Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to drive brand visibility.

What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in Influencer Marketing or Creator Marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Strong communication, coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Interest in skincare, beauty, haircare and personal care brands.
