We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineering professional to drive manufacturing productivity, optimise manpower utilisation and improve operational efficiency through scientific industrial engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Time & Motion Studies and Line Balancing.
- Manage manpower planning, budgeting and deployment.
- Drive productivity improvement, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Analyse cycle time, production capacity and manufacturing costs.
- Establish and validate standard production times.
- Identify process bottlenecks and improve workforce utilisation.
- Support plant optimisation and capacity expansion projects.
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs and prepare management reports.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Industrial, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 610 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within manufacturing.
- Robust hands-on experience in Time & Motion Study, Line Balancing and Manpower Planning.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and Cost Analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
