Tusk Travel Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Inbound Tour Consultants for our English and Spanish travel sales teams.

We have two separate openings:

- English Tour Consultant – 1 Position
- Spanish Tour Consultant – 1 Position

Candidates must be proficient in either English or Spanish, depending on the position they apply for. Fluency in both languages is not required. We are looking for professionals with experience in inbound travel sales, good knowledge of Indian tourist destinations, and the ability to create customised itineraries and handle international client enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound travel enquiries through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Prepare customised India tour itineraries based on client interests, travel dates, and budgets.
- Prepare accurate tour package costings and quotations.
- Recommend suitable hotels, destinations, sightseeing, transport, and travel experiences.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team for hotel bookings, transport, guides, and other travel arrangements.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with international clients.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in inbound travel sales, tour planning,



or tour operations.
- Good knowledge of Indian travel destinations and popular tourist circuits.
- Experience preparing customised itineraries and tour package quotations.
- Strong communication, sales, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and meet sales targets.
- Good computer skills and experience handling enquiries through email and WhatsApp.

Language Requirements:

- English Tour Consultant: Strong written and spoken English.
- Spanish Tour Consultant: Robust written and spoken Spanish.
