Meditab is seeking enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused professionals to join our Product Implementation team as an Implementation Specialist. The role involves leading end-to-end EHR implementation projects, working closely with medical clinics and internal teams to ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of EHR solutions for medical clinics, guiding customers from initial onboarding through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
- Develop and manage comprehensive implementation plans tailored to clinic size, specialty, operational workflows, and organizational requirements.
- Define project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies while coordinating implementation activities across customer teams, clinical staff, and internal technical and support teams.
- Drive implementation activities, including workflow discovery, system configuration, data migration coordination, user training, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Maintain proactive communication with clinic stakeholders and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress, key milestones, risks, and potential delays.
- Monitor project timelines and resource utilization to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within agreed parameters.
- Manage customer change requests, evolving requirements, and scope adjustments,



evaluating their impact on project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities.
- Plan and conduct structured product training sessions for internal teams, including implementation, support, and customer success teams, to strengthen product knowledge, improve functional understanding, and ensure consistent customer-facing delivery.
- Develop and maintain product training materials, workflow documentation, and knowledge resources to facilitate effective internal knowledge transfer and continuous learning.
- Continuously identify and evaluate tools, process enhancements, and operational improvements to streamline EHR implementation workflows, improve team productivity and enhance overall customer experience and service delivery.

Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clinical teams, healthcare administrators, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
- Good touch-typing skills with speed and accuracy.
- Robust presentation and reporting skills.
