Role Description The Immigration Consultant role at World Visa Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Jammu. The consultant will advise clients on immigration pathways, visa options, and eligibility requirements for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with current regulations and policies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client assessments, preparing and reviewing documentation, submitting applications, and tracking case progress. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global immigration laws, managing client communications, and providing clear, accurate guidance throughout the application process.



The consultant will collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases, support process improvements, and uphold the firm’s standards of transparency and client care.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration processes, including pathways for permanent residency, work, and study visas.
- Experience handling Visas across multiple countries, with the ability to explain requirements and procedures clearly to clients.
- Understanding of relevant Law and regulatory frameworks related to immigration and visa compliance.
- Consulting skills, including client assessment, solution recommendation, and case management in an immigration services context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation, application preparation, and record-keeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client service mindset, with the ability to work with diverse backgrounds and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work in office in Jammu, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Business, or a related field; professional certification in immigration consulting is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an immigration consultancy or legal environment is preferred.
