Role & responsibilities

- Handle incoming immigration enquiries and prospective client leads.

- Understand clients' education, age, work experience and immigration goals.

- Explain suitable immigration pathways, eligibility criteria and service processes.

- Counsel clients regarding professional fees, documentation and processing timelines.

- Follow up with interested prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.

- Maintain regular communication with clients.

- Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams.

- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in immigration sales or visa counselling.

- Strong communication and convincing skills.

- Experience in handling international immigration enquiries.

- Knowledge of Canada, Australia, Germany or New Zealand immigration is preferred.

- Ability to handle leads, follow-ups and sales closures.

- Target-oriented and confident personality.
