Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for both technical and non-technical teams.

The Human Resources

Manager will design and implement HR policies and procedures, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with management on staffing needs, coordinating training and development initiatives, managing HR documentation and HRIS data,



and fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment aligned with our ESG commitments. The role also involves handling compensation and benefits queries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting employee engagement and retention strategies.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning for manufacturing and engineering roles.

- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

- Proficiency in HR policy development, compliance with local labor laws, and health and safety practices.

- Ability to manage HR processes using HRIS or similar systems, with accurate documentation and data handling.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.

- Demonstrated capability in training coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.

- Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.

- Comfort working on-site in a production facility, with a strong commitment to workplace safety and ESG-aligned practices.
