Role Description The Human Resources Manager (Skin Clinic) will oversee end-to-end HR operations for a skin clinic, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This full-time role involves collaborating with clinic leadership to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, managing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and clinic standards. The HR Manager will support training and development initiatives, handle payroll coordination and attendance tracking, and manage employee engagement and conflict resolution.

The role also includes maintaining accurate HR documentation and contributing to a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture. This is an on-site position based in Hyderabad, requiring regular presence at the clinic.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management in a clinic, hospital,



or healthcare setting.
- Solid skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and creating an inclusive, respectful workplace environment.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices in policy development and implementation.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, payroll coordination, attendance management, and basic HRIS or HR software tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
