Role Description The Human Resources (HR) Intern (Mumbai Agency) will support daily HR operations in a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help with onboarding processes, updating employee records,



and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role will also involve coordinating HR documentation, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with basic payroll or benefits administration as required.

The HR Intern will collaborate with agency leadership and project teams to ensure smooth HR workflows in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Hire for roles across Influencer Marketing, Talent/Creator Management, Brand Partnerships, Content, Social Media, Production, Video Editing, and Design etc
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate with team leads/managers on JD creation and hiring requirements.
- Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR activities, including attendance, leave tracking, employee communication, and engagement activities.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced media/agency environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
