Role & responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining formalities.

- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers.

- Assist in campus hiring drives, walk-ins, and bulk hiring initiatives.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements.

- Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding activities.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Familiarity with MS Excel, Outlook, and online job portals is preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
