To partner with business teams and support the implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring effective employee engagement, talent management, HR operations and alignment of people practices with business objectives.Key Responsibilities

- Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned business functions and stakeholders.

- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers and exits.

- Drive employee engagement, retention and employee connect initiatives.

- Support performance management, appraisal cycles and talent development.

- Coordinate recruitment requirements and manpower planning with business teams.

- Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on HR policies.

- Manage HR operations, payroll inputs,



attendance and employee records.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

- Prepare HR MIS reports and support HR process improvements.

Qualification Criteria

- 24 years of experience in HR Generalist / HRBP roles.

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.

- Experience in shipping, maritime, logistics or service industries preferred.

- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Good knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement and labour laws.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.
