- Manpower Planning & Budgeting of the Unit
- Forecast the manpower requirements as per the business needs
- End to End recruitment process (Sourcing Cvs Through Walk-IN/Job Portals/Employee Referral/Database) -Conduct detailed HR Interview.
- Planning of human resource requirements in consultation with head of functional & operational areas.
- Pipeline Management
- Salary Negotiation & Offer discussion.
- Reference check / Educational verification of offered candidate.
