We are looking for a agile and people-oriented HR Business Partner (Assistant Manager) to join our team in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management and employee exits.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and talent development initiatives.
- Support performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management and conflict resolution.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Drive HR policies,
processes and organizational development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 7–9 years of overall HR experience, preferably in an HRBP role.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and business partnering.
- Good understanding of employee engagement, performance management and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
- Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
