Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and the capability to identify and attract the right talent for the organization.

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
2. Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
3. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
4. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
5. Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
6. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
7. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
9. Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
10. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
11. Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
12. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
