We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment activities. The intern will be responsible for coordinating interviews, connecting with candidates, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Connect with candidates to understand their interest, experience, and availability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and interview panels for timely feedback.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist recruiters with daily hiring activities and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
