- Manage end-to-end recruitment for International and Domestic BPO hiring requirements.
- Handle volume hiring mandates and ensure timely closure of positions.

- Conduct preliminary screening and assess candidate suitability as per business requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
