- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment trackers
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle for various industries
- Achieve monthly hiring targets

- Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA / PGDM
- Experience: Freshers and Experience
- Gender: Both Male & Female candidates can apply
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
