We are looking for experienced HR Operations Associates with German language proficiency to join our team in Bangalore, India, supporting a global client.

? Role: HR Operations Associate – Hire to Retire (H2R)
?️ German Language Requirement: B2/C1 Certified (Must Have)
⏳ HR Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant HRO experience

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Tier 1 HR Helpdesk queries related to Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Timekeeping, Recruitment and Performance Management.
Provide voice and non-voice support in German and English.
Manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) activities, including onboarding, employee lifecycle transactions and offboarding.
Process employee data updates using Workday HCM.
Support Learning & Development operations, training coordination, vendor management and invoicing.
Manage HR tickets, maintain SLAs and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with global HR teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
German language proficiency at B2/C1 level with valid certification (German positions).
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience.
Knowledge of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.
Hands-on exposure to Workday, ServiceNow or SuccessFactors.
Good communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
Preferred:
Experience supporting global clients.
Exposure to Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment Operations and Learning & Development.
Goethe or other recognized German language certification.
