Position : HR Onboarding Lead

Location : Worli, Mumbai

Experience : Minimum 5 years

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process.
- Handle high-volume onboarding activities, managing 300+ employee onboardings on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams, HR teams, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
- Ensure the timely completion of joining formalities, documentation, and employee data entry.
- Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, employee records, and HR databases.
- Prepare onboarding reports, MIS reports, and dashboards to monitor progress and performance.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and established HR procedures.




- Resolve onboarding-related queries and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement in onboarding operations.

Required Skills

- Robust expertise in HR onboarding and HR operations.
- Proven experience managing 300+ onboardings per month.
- Excellent data management and reporting skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage high-volume activities and meet strict deadlines.
