Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager specializing in Recruitment to lead our hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, retail, technical, and administrative positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Handle job postings on Indeed and other job portals.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Identify, approach, and recruit skilled and experienced manpower from competing companies and the external job market.
- Build a strong talent pipeline by networking with professionals working in the same industry.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with management.
- Manage the complete candidate selection and onboarding process.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring records.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Handle employee engagement and retention activities.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Indeed and other job portals.
- Experience in competitor talent mapping and industry-specific recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
