Lead end-to-end HR operations for the Assam state project, supporting a large field workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction and exit formalities for state and district staff
- Maintain employee records, attendance and leave in the HRMS; process monthly payroll inputs
- Ensure statutory compliance – EPF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Bonus and labour laws
- Handle employee grievances, discipline and staff welfare
- Coordinate training needs and performance appraisal
- Prepare HR MIS and reports for management and the client department
