We're Hiring: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & Payroll

About NYXNYX is an AI-native customer acquisition platform helping businesses scale their marketing efforts through AI-powered solutions. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is interested in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, with a strong understanding of payroll calculations.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate records.
- Support offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.

Payroll & HR Operations

- Assist with monthly payroll calculations, including salary proration, TDS, Professional Tax, and other applicable deductions.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
- Assist in preparing salary sheets, payroll reports,



and employee documentation.
- Support onboarding, employee records management, and other HR administrative activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality while handling employee and payroll information.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of salary calculations, payroll components, and statutory deductions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and data management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of HR responsibilities.
