We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated HR Manager cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our growing mental healthcare organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee HR policies, attendance, leave management, and staff coordination.
- Support employee engagement, training, and career development.
- Coordinate HR operations across multiple branches.

Public Relations & Administration

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, institutions, corporate partners, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate corporate wellness programmes, institutional collaborations, and outreach activities.
- Handle public relations, official communications, and organisational events.
- Manage client relations, feedback, and grievance coordination while maintaining confidentiality.




- Support management in business development and brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

- MBA in HR, MSW (HR), or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, administration, or public relations, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labour regulations, and professional workplace ethics.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple branches.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
