About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Head to lead the company's HR function, manage the complete employee lifecycle, build a strong organizational culture, and drive workforce planning and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and organizational structures.
- Manage bulk and leadership hiring to meet business requirements.
- Drive employee onboarding, training, engagement, and retention.
- Design and implement performance management systems and appraisal processes.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Develop employee incentive structures, performance metrics, and HR policies.
- Work closely with management on manpower planning and organizational growth.




- Build a performance-driven and accountable work culture.
- Lead and manage the HR team and ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in recruitment, employee management, and HR operations.
- Experience in managing sales-driven teams and target-oriented organizations is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, Excel, payroll coordination, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
