Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter & Onboarding Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding activities.
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, managing hiring processes, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for current employees.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with the ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements.
