Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, government relations and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and hands-on experience managing HR operations in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, WPS and compensation-related activities.
- Manage employee transactions through Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher and Mudad.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, GOSI and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary procedures and HR policies.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, employee training and development.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS/ERP data and monthly HR reports.




- Calculate end-of-service benefits, leave settlements and final settlements.
- Support the HR & Admin Manager in daily HR operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5–7 years of overall HR experience, including at least 3 years in KSA as a Senior HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and government portals.
- Hands-on experience in payroll, WPS, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem and Mudad.
- Good knowledge of HRIS/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Experience in Food / FMCG / Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- CIPD, SHRM-CP or PHR certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
