Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Help us find top talent for our culinary, front office, and more by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Engagement: Execute fun employee welfare events, town halls, and internal celebrations.
- Onboarding Support: Give our new joiners a warm welcome by coordinating their documentation, and uniform allocations.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, BBA, or MBA in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Robust communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Native-level fluency in Marathi is a plus for daily employee communication.
- Preferable hotel experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
