About the Role9AP Energy is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance across its manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and shift-related records.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely submission of salary inputs.
- Manage PF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Maintain and update employee records through HRMS / HR-One.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and address employee grievances.
- Prepare HR documentation, reports, and MIS on a regular basis.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR-related requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS platforms.
- Understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
