1. Human Resources Management

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates. Conduct orientation and safety inductions for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and counseling. Maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Documentation & Payroll Support: Maintain updated employee files, track attendance, manage leaves, and assist in preparing monthly payroll variables.
- Performance & Training: Assist in annual performance appraisal cycles. Identify training needs and coordinate skill-development programs.
- Exit Management: Manage the resignation process, conduct exit interviews, and handle full and final settlements.

2. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE/EHS)

- Safety Compliance: Implement, monitor, and enforce company safety policies and local government labor/safety laws (e.g., OSHA, Factories Act).
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace accidents, near-misses, or injuries. Maintain incident reports and submit them to authorities if required.
- Safety Training:



Organize and conduct regular safety drills (fire drills, evacuation plans) and first-aid training for all staff.
- PPE Management: Ensure proper distribution, tracking, and mandatory usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by workers.
- Audits: Coordinate with external safety auditors and ensure all safety equipment (fire extinguishers, alarms) are serviced regularly.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification: A professional diploma or certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent industrial safety diploma) is highly preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience handling combined HR and Safety/Operations responsibilities, ideally in manufacturing, construction, or logistics sectors.

* Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
