About Style Supply

Style Supply is your private boutique, reimagined: an invite-only platform in Mumbai that enables intentional fashion decisions. Our membership lets people try designer fashion within 24 hours, without the commitment of buying, and gives them the time to decide what they actually love.

Members join by invitation or approved request and tell us about their style. They build a box of two to five pieces from our curated labels, and it reaches them within 24 hours. The box stays for 48 hours, ribbon on, so they can try everything at home. Then they choose: send it back, rent what they love by cutting the ribbon, or buy it. Returns are free.

For designers, we bring a vetted buyer rather than just another storefront, plus a new way to earn from their pieces through private rentals, with Style Supply handling logistics, care and insurance. Every box ends in a decision to try, rent or buy, which shows us what premium shoppers really keep.

We are an early-stage team at the meeting point of fashion, luxury and technology, and most of what we are building is being built for the first time.

Role Overview

One of our first hires. You will set up the people side of a growing team: hiring, onboarding, internal process and the admin that keeps the company running. This role goes beyond traditional HR; it is about building a well-supported team from the ground up.

What you'll do

- Run the hiring process for the roles we are opening now: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and keeping candidates informed
- Collect structured interview feedback and make sure every candidate has a professional experience
- Build and run onboarding, so each new hire has what they need from day one, and plan staggered starts and handovers as interns join and leave
- Keep internal communication transparent and help team members with day-to-day queries
- Notice and flag communication gaps or friction to the founders
- Conduct 1-1 sessions to help employees address mental health and life concerns




- Plan simple team rituals, engagement activities and internal events
- Maintain HR records and documentation, with access limited to what the role needs (pay and personal records stay with the founders)
- Support the founders with company admin, and spot processes that can be simpler

Who you are

- Studying or a graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Liberal Arts or a related field
- Interested in people, behaviour and how teams work
- A good listener who communicates with empathy and clarity, and handles sensitive information with discretion
- Organised, observant, and comfortable owning many moving parts
- Proactive about fixing a process rather than working around it
- Background in therapy or therapeutic practice is a bonus

What you get

- Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience
- Term: We want to start this role first, and make it a long term fixture at the company
- When: Monday to Saturday, 10am onwards
- Where: in person in Mumbai, 3-5 days a week
- Who you'll work with: the Founder and CEO, directly

- A critical view and input on creating a healthy culture and work environment within the company
- Room to grow into people, operations or strategy roles
