Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with robust end-to-end recruitment expertise and exposure to broader HR functions. The candidate should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate hiring through internal channels, employee referrals, and external recruitment consultants.
Liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Support additional HR activities, including HR operations and generalist functions.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers,
and HR reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent English communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Exposure to HR Generalist or HRBP activities is preferred.
Power BI proficiency will be a significant advantage (not mandatory).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per month
