Job Responsibilities
- Manage complete hotel operations.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B; and Maintenance.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff, duty rosters and performance.
- Handle guest complaints and VIP guests.
- Monitor revenue, occupancy and operational expenses.
- Maintain hotel standards, hygiene and SOPs.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
Candidate Profile
- 8–10 years of hotel industry experience.
- Previous Hotel Manager / Operations Manager experience preferred.
- Fluent English communication.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of hotel PMS and operations.
- Excellent guest-handling skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
