Role Description The House Manager at MadSign Media is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day house operations, including supervising household staff, organizing schedules, and ensuring a smooth, well-maintained environment.

The House

Manager coordinates meals and basic cooking needs, manages inventory and supplies, and supports hospitality for guests and team members as required. This role also involves monitoring cleanliness and safety standards, handling vendor relationships and maintenance requests,



and ensuring a high level of comfort, order, and customer satisfaction for all occupants.

Manager works closely with leadership to anticipate needs, implement processes, and maintain a skilled, welcoming space.

Qualifications

- Supervisory Skills: Ability to oversee household staff, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of daily operations.
- Communication and Training: Strong interpersonal communication skills with experience in guiding, training, and aligning staff to standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment, promptly addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for residents and guests.
- Cooking: Basic to intermediate cooking skills, with the ability to plan simple meals and coordinate kitchen activities as needed.
- Additional skills: Solid organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant experience: Prior experience in house management, facility coordination, hospitality, or similar roles is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in hospitality or facility management is an advantage.
