Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's brand and reach.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with hospital goals.
- Manage and oversee advertising campaigns across various platforms including digital, print, and social media.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and community organizations.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support for career development.




- Organize and participate in promotional events and community outreach programs.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15-25 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance.
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting for marketing initiatives.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems and generate ideas.
