We are looking for an experienced HORECA Sales skilled to drive business development and sales of premium lamb meat products.
The candidate should have a strong network and proven experience in handling 5-star hotels, luxury hotel chains, premium restaurants and fine-dining establishments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HORECA sales for premium lamb meat products.
- Develop business with 5-star hotels, luxury hotels, premium restaurants and fine-dining outlets.
- Build relationships with Executive Chefs, Corporate Chefs, F&B; Directors and Purchase Managers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct product presentations, sampling and product trials.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage key accounts and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in HORECA / Institutional Sales.
- Experience in selling lamb, mutton, imported meat, poultry, seafood or premium food products.
- Must have experience dealing with 5-star hotels and premium restaurants.
- Solid network with Executive Chefs, Purchase Managers and F&B; Heads.
- Good understanding of the hospitality and food service industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills.

- Food service and institutional sales companies.
Key Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience in HORECA sales, particularly dealing with 5-star hotels and premium hospitality clients. Experience in lamb meat or imported meat products will be an added advantage.
