Key responsibilities would be to deliver on marketing led initiatives by bringing in creativity, newness and executing it through out of the box ideas. Creative Designer will work closely with Marketing Manager and other team members on all marketing led initiatives

- Conceptualizing visual designs based on requirements.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for fragrance concepts illustrations.
- Develop mood boards to make compelling fragrance stories
- Bring in newness in terms of creating impactful powerpoint presentations
- Bring out of box thinking to suggest and execute novel ways of presenting the fragrances to client
- Manage creatives for events and exhibitions
- Create artwork for exhibitions, brochures, print and digital ads, any other promotional materials




- Hands on experience in designing customized power point templates.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with the context.

Key Competencies:

- Must be creative and passionate about designing.
- Ability to understand the brief clearly and independently execute the project.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Coral Draw, GIMP and Illustrator, usage of AI etc..
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Well versed with Canva and other customised template providers/ tools to create outstanding presentations
- Must have excellent aesthetic sense
- Solid teamwork and customer orientation skills
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with computer-aided design.

Prerequisites

- Masters degree from a reputed Design Institute or degree from an accredited school, in Graphic Designing or related field is required.
- Preferably should have experience of working in an advertising agency/ fragrance house as Graphic Designer
- Work experience of Fragrance and Flavours Industry would be an added advantage
- A keen eye for aesthetics, a personal sense of taste and style will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of graphic designing experience
