Role & responsibilities

1. Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.

2. Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.

3. Promote the bank's products, including savings accounts, current accounts, deposits and other banking services.

4. Assist customers with account opening and documentation procedures.

5. Explain banking products, features, benefits and service options.

6. Follow up with customers to generate leads and achieve business targets.

7. Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with banking guidelines.

8. Handle customer queries and coordinate with branch teams for timely resolution.

9. Maintain customer records and provide regular business updates to the reporting manager.

10. Support customer acquisition and business development activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any Degree, subject to bank eligibility.

- Age: Below 27 years (as per the stated recruitment criteria).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Interest in banking and financial services.
