Job Details:

- Designation: Junior Revenue Cycle Representative AR Caller
- Experience: Freshers
- Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA graduates are also eligible)
- Job Location: DLF IT/ITES SEZ, Manapakkam, Chennai
- Shift: Fixed Night Shift (Any 9-hour shift between 5:30 PM and 5:30 AM)
- Week Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday
- Transport: Home pick-up and drop facility available
- Shift Allowance: 75 per working day
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid medical claims.
- Investigate claim denials and resolve outstanding claims.
- Review and analyze insurance claims.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure timely claim resolution.
- Identify errors and communicate findings to the concerned teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.
- Good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in the healthcare industry.
- Only graduates are eligible.
- Diploma holders are not eligible.
- Work from home and hybrid options are not available.
- Comprehensive training will be provided.
