- Hands-on experience with Terraform and the ability to independently perform cloud integrations and configurations.
- Strong experience with AWS and Azure, with the ability to independently troubleshoot and perform integrations.
- Good understanding of Active Directory (AD) and User/Group management concepts in Okta or other Cloud/IAM platforms.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with MDM and IDP integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently debug and resolve issues after initial ramp-up.
- Comfortable working with customer environments, understanding integration issues, and taking end-to-end ownership of technical troubleshooting.
- Strong hands-on technical troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience with Agentic AI, LLM-based applications, and MCP (Model Context

Protocol).
- Strong understanding of systems and applications, including:

➢ Operating Systems (Windows, Mac)

➢ Applications & Services

➢ Networking

➢ System Integrations

➢ Logs & Monitoring

- Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when require
