JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including creation, maintenance, and follow-up of purchase orders to ensure uninterrupted material supply.

- Coordinate with suppliers to monitor order confirmations, production status, and on-time deliveries in line with business requirements.

- Investigate and resolve supplier delivery issues, material shortages, and delayed shipments to minimize production disruptions.

- Evaluate and process supplier requests related to manufacturing location changes, material changes, and engineering modifications while ensuring compliance with company requirements.

- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Supplier Development teams to assess the impact of supplier process or material changes.

- Manage tooling-related activities, including tool orders, tool tracking, tool transfers, maintenance, refurbishment, and ownership documentation.

- Coordinate tooling scrap and disposal processes, ensuring proper approvals, documentation, and asset records are maintained.

- Review and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies by partnering with Accounts Payable, suppliers,



and internal stakeholders.

- Support suppliers with payment-related inquiries and facilitate timely resolution of blocked, overdue, or disputed invoices.

- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and drive corrective actions related to delivery, quality, cost, and responsiveness.

- Maintain accurate procurement master data, including supplier information, purchasing records, and pricing details within ERP systems.

- Lead communication and escalation management for critical supply chain issues impacting production schedules.

- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, contractual agreements, and corporate governance requirements.

- Analyze procurement KPIs and prepare reports on supplier delivery performance, invoice resolution, payment status, and tooling management.

- Build strong supplier relationships and act as the primary interface between suppliers and internal business functions.

- Support cost optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and risk mitigation activities within the supply base.

- Participate in cross-functional projects involving sourcing, supplier transitions, and operational excellence initiatives.
