As a Senior Graphic Designer you will lead design across digital and print, set the quality bar, and mentor junior designers.

Office Timings: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Pune)

Key Responsibilities

- Own design delivery across digital and print & packaging.
- Lead UI / visual design and concept development.
- Ensure on-time delivery to a high quality and industry standard.
- Partner with clients on their business and design needs.
- Review and quality-assure team output and mentor junior designers.
- Keep the team current on design tools and trends.

Required Skills

- Expert Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Figma (or Adobe XD) for UI work.
- Robust print & packaging expertise.




- Several years' professional design experience and creative leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal English.

Nice to Have

- Motion / video and AI image and design tools.

AI Tools & Ways of Working This role requires a working understanding of modern AI tools, including ChatGPT and Claude. We expect everyone at Knoxed to use AI agents as part of their daily work.
