We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Chat Support Process with a leading organization in Gurgaon.

Candidates with prior experience in International Voice, Chat, or Blended Customer Support, backend, operations and other processes , who are interested , are welcome to apply. Selected candidates will work exclusively in a 100% International Chat Support process, assisting customers with their insurance-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to insurance through chat support.

- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
- Deliver a skilled customer experience through effective written communication.

Eligibility Criteria - Experience: Minimum 1 year to a maximum of 6 years in Customer Support / Backend / Operations.

- Background: International Voice, International Chat, or Blended Customer Support, operations.

- Education:



Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible.

- Communication: Good written English communication skills.

- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

- Location: Candidates must be willing to work from Gurgaon.

Salary & Benefits

- In-Hand Salary: Up to 22,700 per month.

- CTC: Up to 3.7 LPA.

- Salary Hike: Up to 30% hike on previous CTC, subject to eligibility and company policies.

- Cab Facility: Free pickup and drop facility.
- Working Days: 5 days a week.
- Weekly Offs: Fixed Saturday and Sunday.

Work Location Gurgaon, Haryana.
