We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our team as Video KYC Agents at True Balance. The selected candidates will interact with customers through video calls and assist in completing their KYC verification process.

No prior experience is required. Candidates with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct video calls with customers for KYC verification.
- Verify customer identity using Aadhaar, PAN and other valid documents.
- Guide customers through the Video KYC process.
- Check customer details and documents for accuracy.
- Maintain proper records of customer verification.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Follow company guidelines and KYC procedures.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills
