Role & responsibilities

1. Baseline Forecast Management

- Analyze historical demand, seasonality, market trends, and demand drivers.
- Generate and maintain the statistical baseline forecast.
- Identify outliers and cleanse demand history before forecast generation
- 2. Consensus Demand Planning
- Integrate statistical forecasts with market and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with Local Demand Planners, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Market Planning, and Supply Planning.
- Reconcile top-down and bottom-up forecasts and finalize the consensus demand plan.

3. Phase-In / Phase-Out Management

- Manage Phase-In / Phase-Out activities across product groups and SKUs.
- Disaggregate product-group demand to variants based on flavour, pack type, and product dimensions.
- Support recent-product launches and product transitions while minimizing inventory and service risks

4. Forecast Analytics and Exception Management

- Validate forecast quality through forecast-to-forecast,



actual-to-forecast, year-to-date, year-to-go, and year-on-year comparisons.
- Monitor Forecast accuracy, bias, deviations, and unusual demand patterns.
- Investigate exceptions and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

5. Demand Review and Governance

- Prepare inputs for weekly and monthly demand-planning reviews.
- Highlight demand risks, opportunities, assumptions, and major forecast changes.
- Maintain adherence to the defined demand-planning drumbeat and forecast-release timelines.

6. Systems, Data and Reporting

- Maintain accurate planning data and forecast parameters.
- Use PMI planning and analytics tools, including E2DP, E2A, AERA, SAP, and Power BI.
- Support reporting, portfolio maintenance, dashboard validation, and continuous process improvement.
